Internal newsletters are often the most overlooked touchpoint in a brand’s ecosystem. For Fortaleza, I designed a modular communication system that treats employees with the same premium aesthetic as the end consumer. My goal was to transform a routine corporate requirement into a cohesive, high-energy digital experience that reflects the brand’s core product: coffee and productivity.
I developed a flexible header system to provide immediate visual context for different types of internal updates. By utilizing “knolling” photography, I created a clean, organized environment that reduces cognitive load. High-priority announcements use a bold red palette for urgency, while “Good News” segments incorporate vibrant product packaging to foster a positive company culture.
