For the International Day of Safety and Health at Work, I designed a visual concept for Osakidetza that highlights the close relationship between personal well-being and professional life.
The piece was built around the idea of two worlds coexisting in harmony: health and work are not opposing forces, but complementary realities that shape the same person. This idea is represented through a flat illustration showing the same character in two parallel contexts, connected visually and emotionally.
Calm, balanced colors and a minimalist style were chosen to reinforce a sense of stability, care, and optimism. The message invites both institutions and individuals to take action, emphasizing that improving working conditions not only enhances social well-being but also strengthens collective and business outcomes.
The campaign text — “Hello Health, Hello Job” — acts as a call to acknowledge this shared responsibility and to promote the common good through healthier, safer workplaces.
